Have you booked your arrival slot

Once you’ve accepted your contract and paid your advance rent, you’re just one step away from joining us on campus! Your next steps are to:

1. Complete your mandatory online accommodation induction in the accommodation portal.
2. Complete your mandatory student welcome
3. Book your arrival slot through the same portal.

📅 Arrivals window: Saturday 30 August 2025 – Saturday 13 September 2025

Please note:

• We cannot accept early arrivals before your contract start date (30 August 2025).
• Out-of-hours arrivals are not possible. If you can’t make your booked slot, you’ll need to arrange short-term accommodation overnight and arrive the next day.

On arrival:

• Go to the Main University Reception (next to the James Watt statue)
• Bring any form of ID (e.g. passport).
• Have a copy of your accommodation confirmation letter (printed or electronic on your phone, laptop, or tablet).
