Important things to know before you book

To be eligible:

✅ You must have no overdue debt to the University

When you accept your contract:

✅ You'll need to pay a 4-week advance rent fee to secure your booking

✅ We'll collect guarantor details for the 2026/27 academic year

✅ This is a fixed-term contract, with no early cancellation from the point of acceptance
