Wellbeing Week

The NHS have outlined 5 ways to look after your wellbeing and this event ties in with learning new skills. The other areas are: Connecting with other people, being physically active, giving to others and paying attention to the present moment.

As we raise awareness and celebrate the importance of all aspects of wellbeing across our global campuses, we are hosting a variety of events and tasters free for all individuals to participate in across the week.

This session will be a light self-defence class, aiming to build your confidence and wellbeing through technique-based exercises led by the incredible Edinburgh City Jiu Jitsu club.

What do I need to bring?

All you need is comfortable sportswear, and we recommend bringing some water – no equipment required.
