This exciting new event is your weekly creative escape — a chilled, no-pressure environment where you can drop in, get crafty, and be inspired. Whether you're into upcycling, sketching, sewing, pumpkin carving (👻), or just keen to try something new, there’s something here for everyone.

🌍 Launching During Sustainability Week

It’s only fitting that the hub kicks off during Heriot-Watt’s Sustainability Week! We're all about creativity with a conscience — using recycled and sustainable materials to bring your ideas to life. Let’s prove that art doesn’t have to cost the earth.

🎃 Our first session is Halloween-themed! Get stuck into:

• Pumpkin carving (with a sustainable twist)
• Creative ideas to reuse pumpkin leftovers
• Eco-friendly Halloween decorations

There’ll be spooky vibes, crafty fun, and plenty of inspiration to go around.

🧵 Got Anything to Donate?

We're on the lookout for materials you no longer need – fabric scraps, jars, buttons, magazines, cardboard, or anything else that could be given a new life in the hands of a creative student. Drop off donations at the JMSV reception or bring them along on the night.
