Here’s What You Need to Know!

The University will be closed from 24th December to 4th January 2026, which means services such as cleaning, maintenance, and the medical centre will not be available during this time.

ResLife will remain open throughout the festive period, but with shorter opening hours and a smaller team on duty. The Safeguarding Team will be on campus 24/7 and can provide support whenever you need it.

Festive Events

☕ Hot Chocolate Station Warm up with a hot chocolate! The station will run until 4th January (or until we run out of ingredients). From 22nd December to 4th January, it will be open 3 PM – 7 PM.

🍰 Coffee & Cake – Christmas Afternoon Join Birhan and Randy for a cozy Coffee & Cake event on Christmas Day, from 5 PM – 7 PM.

🎲 New Year’s Board Games Celebrate the New Year with friends! Drop by on 1st January, from 5 PM – 7 PM, for board games and hot drinks.

The University reopens on 5th January, and we’ll resume our regular services then.
