Important things to know before you book

To be eligible:

• You must have no overdue debt owing to the University

When you accept your contract:

• You’ll need to pay a 4-week advance rent fee to secure your booking
• We’ll collect guarantor details for the 2026/27 academic year
• This is a fixed-term contract, with no early cancellation from the point of acceptance

Rooms are limited

Offers will be made on a first-come, first-served basis from March onwards, so if you want the lower rate, it’s worth moving quickly during the Early Bird window.
