Your comfort is important to us, and heating is included with your accommodation to help keep your room comfortable.
🕒 Heating Schedule
Our heating system operates at set times each day:
Monday – Friday
- 07:00 – 11:00
- 15:00 – 23:00
Saturday – Sunday
- 08:00 – 12:00
- 15:00 – 23:00
🌡️ How It Works
Your room is fitted with a radiator that automatically regulates the temperature to keep things comfortable:
- The system maintains a temperature between 16°C and 21°C
- Heating will switch on when the room temperature drops below 16°C (during scheduled hours)
- Once the room reaches 21°C, the radiator will switch off automatically
This system ensures your room stays comfortable while also using energy efficiently.
🛠️ Reporting a Heating Issue
If your room feels cold during the scheduled heating hours and you think there may be an issue:
- Scan the maintenance QR code in your kitchen
- Submit a maintenance request online
The maintenance team will review and respond within 5 working days. You do not need to be present, as authorised staff can access your room if required.
