If you are an international student and you are flying to Edinburgh on the 30th or 31st August, book on our airport shuttle!
Our friendly team of University staff and student volunteers from the Student Union and Sports Union will be at Edinburgh Airport on Saturday, 30 August and Sunday, 31 August, from 8 am to 6 pm to greet you. We have organised a shuttle bus to take you from the airport to the Edinburgh campus between these times, so if you will be arriving then please book your place by completing this form as early as possible.
If you are studying at the Scottish Borders campus in Galashiels, then please fill in the form and also indicate if you would like to book onto the shuttle bus from the Edinburgh campus to the Jean Muir Student Village, Borders Campus, which departs at 10:30 am and 3 pm on both days.
We understand that you may be travelling with family or friends who are not studying at Heriot-Watt. We will try to accommodate them on the shuttle bus with you, but we cannot guarantee this, so they may need to make their own travel arrangements. Please note that family and friends are not permitted to stay in your room overnight during the arrival weekend.
