You can leave halls at any time. If you decide you want to move out early, you can clean your room, hand your keys back and leave campus.

What happens with my tenancy?

Your tenancy is a fixed-term, legally binding contract with a specified start and end date. This is standard practice for student accommodation in the UK. If you would like to leave early, please review the contract you accepted online before your arrival and log in to your accommodation account.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your contract if you decide to vacate early, so you would remain liable for the rent until the end date of your contract.

What to do when you leave

We ask that you inform us when you have vacated by returning your keys to the main reception. Please also ensure that you fully clean your room and kitchen area, as well as take all your belongings and rubbish before you leave.
